Details of Returns
- All unauthorized returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee of your total order
- Shipping and handling to/from cityheadwear.co.uk cannot be refunded
- Returns must be made within 3 days after you have received your merchandise
- Products must be in 'Unused' condition. A copy of your invoice or packaging slip must accompany all returns. No returns, of any type, will be accepted without the original invoice. (This is applicable towards any unauthorized exchanges)

- Incorrect order
- Damaged Merchandise
- Defective product
If you were sent an incorrect order, damaged or defective product we will issue you a credit on the merchandise or you can exchange it for a new non-defective product, shipping will be paid for by Cityheadwear.co.uk.
Due to the nature of our business we don't offer any returns on our merchandise, all items are inspected and shipped in good faith with no damages. All sales are treated as final!
